CRÈCHE
We cater for babies from 3 months to 18 months. The emphasis is on nurturing and learning through play.
EXTRA MURALS
We offer a variety of extra murals to suit all personalities, most of which take place in the afternoon.
FACILITIES
We pride ourselves on excellent facilities. There are four playgrounds and three sensopathic play areas.

Lancelot Educare Centre
We are a private Crèche and Pre-school, catering for children from the ages of 3 months to 6 years. We are open all year round, closing only on public holidays and in December holidays.
Our staff are of a high standard and very experienced in their chosen field. We aim to provide a warm and secure environment in which children can grow and learn. We work closely with parents to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.
Our Pre School
Our pre-school consists of five different groups - Green, Orange, Blue, Yellow and Grade R classes - each catering to a specific age group. Orange Group have their own playground which is separate from the bigger children's playground.
A structured daily routine is followed in the pre-school during the mornings which includes songs and rhymes, creative activities, cognitive activities and activities to develop co-ordination and movement.
Green Group
This group still forms part of the Crèche and therefore still focuses mostly on learning through play.

Orange Group
Counting to 10, recognition of primary colours and basic shapes are some of the concepts covered in this group.

Blue Group
Colours and shapes are expanded on in this group, as well as more complex fine motor skills, such as cutting with scissors.

Yellow Group
The foundations for letter recognition and phonics are introduced in this group as well as basic mathematical skills.

Phonics skills are solidified in our grade R year, and the foundations for Grade one are built, in all areas of development.
